My friend Bobby Baird has Downs Syndrome and is an avid fan of KTVB News Channel 7. He told his mother he wanted to dress up a Circle 7 for Halloween this year. She made the costume and he wore it to the ARC party and will wear it answering the door to trick-or-treaters on Halloween night.
