On 79th Street in Dyker Heights, homes are displaying traditional Halloween decorations. Then there's Anthony George's home -- complete with a creepy old lady rocking in a chair, skull and bones emerging from the dirt, shrunken heads hanging from the roof and skeletons taking shape among the trees. Hands down, it's the spookiest house around.
