We rec'd a text saying there was a bomb threat at the new Middleton High School. The kids were in class and there was an announcement at apprx. 12:30 am that all students and faculty should go directly to the football field. We were nearby so we drove by and took pictures. All the kids were on the football field nearly an hour before they released them to go home. There were at least 6 police cars there and police officers blocking all entrances. Then we took pics of the bomb sniffing dog in the parking lot. The kids were told they could not go back in the building but could ride buses home. They were also told if they had a car there they would have to wait until all the cars were checked and the building cleared to get their belongings, keys, etc.
