My buddy Billy along with my girlfriend were driving behind a few cars when we seen kids and people scurrying around frantically and we stopped to see what was going on and seen a vehicle and a middle aged women in the river upside down and my buddy billy went down along with a nero sergen and help the woman out of the vehicle and stabilized her on the bank until help arrived. Thanks to them and all the people who helped she was doin well except for chest pains.
