well on a nice Monday afternoon around 2-4 it is thought to have been a drop off. The cops believe that this odd machine was being pulled by a vehicle along Southside blvd. and it came loose, or rather broke loose. it hurled off the road and into a fire hydrant which was bent a little but this odd machine seemed very broken.my question to you is did you see it? and if you did how did it happen.
