For the last 7 years, the employees of Brown Bus Company have held a food drive for the families being helped by the Ronald McDonald House in Boise. Several of our employees have had a need for this, and this is our company's way of paying it forward.

During the first week of December each year, we place a box on our school buses and ask for donations of food, new clothing, new household items, baby items, money, etc. from our students. The bus with the most items donated wins a pizza and pop party. Last year, which is when the pictures were taken, we donated hundreds of boxes of food, several car seats, lots of new clothes and baby items that help the families in need.

Ronald McDonald House is a place where families with children in the hospital can stay free of charge while their child is staying in the hospital. Some families find a need for only a few days, some for up to one year.

We also have food drives at a local grocery store, yard sales through out the year, craft fairs with proceeds all going to Ronald McDonald House.

Every employee of Brown Bus Company feels this is a great way to help those who are in need and a great way to pay it forward.
