Caution to approaching traffic on Capitol Blvd. going northbound down hill has 2 short notice lane merges at end of blind curve. Signs should be placed in a more advanced position further uphill to caution traffic of construction ahead. Many people have been seen from the Train Depot making sudden lane changes without notice to other drivers including by law enforcement because of short notice after blind curve. Advising consideration for movement of signs for public safety.
