BOISE –- Outspoken DJ “Keke Luv” from KISS 103 FM is once again raising awareness about child abuse in the Treasure Valley and beyond.
That means he’ll once again test his physical and mental limits in another unique broadcast promotion called "Live For 175.”
During last year’s Live for 175 event, Luv stayed awake for seven days straight, and broadcasted from the corner of Front and 9th Streets in downtown Boise, also in a clear glass box up on a lift.
This year, he's taking his show out on the road and coming out to visit listeners in their communities.
Similar to last year, Luv plans to live and broadcast for 175 hours inside a clear glass box –- but here’s the twist – the popular DJ says his Facebook fans will now have the power to grant him the ability to eat, sleep, and even use the bathroom while inside the box.
Luv also plans to bring the box on a tour around different locations in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and Caldwell.
This is the fifth year Luv has hosted the unique event. In years past, he's also run seven marathons in seven days, and fasted as part of his effort.
