BOISE -- It's the season of giving, and we've got an opportunity to give a little or a lot this Saturday. It's Cares Day, and KTVB will have crews in four towns across southern Idaho processing food and cash donations. One hundred percent of those proceeds will be distributed to 10 local charities.

The 7Cares fund, managed by the Idaho Community Foundation, is a safe, secure place to give ensuring your donation is going to serve hungry families and the homeless.

Last year, Quest Groups, a Boise business was one of the companies that stepped up with a huge donation and challenged others to do the same.

They're back, and this year as a "Company that Cares" they've already donated 5,200 cans of food.

There's also another challenge: Be a “Company that Cares” by making a donation of $7,000 or more and Quest Groups will match those contributions up to $40,000. In fact, they say will match any individual donation of that size.

What to take the challenge?
