Smokey Bear, the symbol of forest fire prevention is turning 67. A celebration of his birthday is on Sunday August 7th at the Idaho Botanical Garden and it is free. The activities will run from 11 am to 2 pm and children of all ages can participate in many different games and events. Mark it down on the calendar and plan to attend.
