Julius Kleiner Park will be the host for Northwest Ribfest this weekend. This is a free event to attend and will run from 11am to 9pm on Saturday and 11am to 7pm on Sunday. In addition to the rib cooking contest there will be a several fund raising efforts. Cans will be collected and recycled to help raise funds for the downtown mural at the Freak Alley Gallery. A dunk tank will be set up on Saturday to raise funds for Jamie Hilton the 2009 Mrs. Idaho winner who was injured in a climbing accident and continues to recover. On Sunday the dunk tank will be used to raise funds for the Eagle Fire Department.
