The 3rd annual Piggy Bank Beauty contest is underway. The Idaho Financial Literacy Coalition is encouraging children from 3rd to 6th grade to create and decorate a piggy bank. There are four categories and a $50 prize for each one. The banks need to be turned into between February 18th and March 1st at any of several locations.
