"The Beat Goes On" is the event at St. Alphonsus where you can learn more about taking care of yourself through diet, exercise, dental care and how to avoid type two diabetes. The event will start at the McCleary Auditorium at 6 pm on April 1st and it is free. The even will feature information from doctors and other health care providers.
