The Scales of Justice Bass Tournament is coming on September 27th and will be at C.J. Strike Reservoir. Boaters are needed to help with the tournament that is for juvenile offenders who have made great improvements. It all started with a young offender, Tommy, who Judge John Vehlow told he would take fishing if he would just complete his probation. Tommy did and went fishing with the judge.
