Breakfast Lasagna



1 cup Sour Cream

1/3 cup Brown Sugar

Mix together until blended and chill until ready to use

Vegetable cooking spray

8 Slices pre-cooked* French Toast, chilled and flattened

1 cup ricotta cheese

¼ lb. thin sliced smoked ham

1 cup shredded jack cheese

1-1/2 cups Cereal corn flakes



Combine sour cream and brown sugar, then chill. Coat 9" X 13" baking dish with cooking spray. Lay 4 slices of French toast in bottom of prepared dish. Spread ½ cup of ricotta cheese over toast slices. Lay 4 slices ham over the toast next. Sprinkle ½ of the jack cheese evenly over the toast. Lay 4 more slices of french toast over the cheese. Spread remaining ricotta over toast. Sprinkle corn flakes over entire mixture. Sprinkle remaining jack cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted. Cut into sixths and top with sour cream sugar mixture.

*You can make your own French Toast or you can purchase the precooked frozen French Toast in any supermarket.
