Sweet Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Sweet Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Salsa
Ingredients
4 cups diced fruit (whatever is in season)
1 Tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
optional 1-2 teaspoons lime or lemon juice
optional 1 tablespoon fresh chopped mint


Cinnamon Chips
Ingredients
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
6 (6-inch) flour tortillas

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
Combine sugar and cinnamon and set aside. 
Lightly brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter. 
Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. 
Use a pizza cutter to cut tortillas into wedges. 
Place the wedges on an un -reased baking sheet and
bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until they turn a light
golden color and the edges curl up. 
Remove from oven and let cool. 
Serve with fruit salsa.
