Seed Slab Bars
Makes 12-16 bars
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup each: toasted sesame seeds, toasted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds
Beforehand, toast sesame and pumpkin seeds on low heat on stove.
Slowly bring honey to a boil. Stir and continue boiling until it is a thick syrup on spoon, about 5 minutes. To test doneness, drizzle a little hot honey into small bowl of very cold water. It's ready when it can form a soft ball in water.
Remove honey from heat and stir in seeds.
Spread hot mixture onto an oiled loaf baking dish.
Let set for 15-20 minutes.
Cut into 16 pieces. Store wrapped in plastic for 7-10 days.
