Peach Salsa

Peach Salsa

Ingredients

3 ripe, fairly soft peaches, chopped
¼ cup red onion, finely diced (about 1/2 small onion)
¼ cup fresh cilantro or basil, chopped 
½ lime, juiced
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon kosher salt 
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
            
Add all ingredients and mix. 
           
Nutrition per serving: 33 calories, 0 g fat, 8 g carbs, 0 g protein, 0 mg sodium, 1 g fiber.
