Pantry Pasta
Ingredients:
12 oz whole wheat spaghetti or linguine
2 cups frozen broccoli
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoons garlic powder
1-2 teaspoon dried parsley
2, 6 oz cans water-packed tuna
zest and juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli for last few minutes of cooking. Drain when pasta is aldente and broccoli is heated through. Drain pasta and broccoli and combine with remaining ingredients
