No Cook Tuna Nicoise Salad

No Cook Tuna Nicoise Salad


3 oz tuna canned in water, albacore or solid white
1 hard-boiled egg
3 cups arugula
8 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup shaved carrots
2 t extra virgin olive oil
3 t balsamic vinegar
2 T avocado
Get a huge salad bowl and add the ingredients from the tuna to the carrots. Nestle them into each other. Mix the olive oil to the balsamic vinegar and toss into the salad. Salad comes out around 400 calories.
