Kale Recipes
Massaged Kale:
Wash and dry and tear into small pieces. In a bowl, toss with ½ teaspoon sea salt and massage for several minutes, toss with 2 teaspoons high quality olive oil and massage, sprinkle with juice of ½ lemon and massage.
Grilled Kale:
Wash and dry and tear into small pieces. In a bowl, toss with ½ teaspoons sea salt and massage for several minutes, toss with 2 teaspoons high quality olive oil and massage, sprinkle with juice of ½ lemon and ¼ cup asiago cheese and massage. Put in grill basket and grill at low-medium heat for 5 minutes, toss kale around and grill another 5 minutes or until soft.
Kale Chips:
Wash and dry and tear into small pieces. Toss with 2 teaspoons high quality olive oil, ½ teaspoon sea salt and 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or 1 teaspoon cumin. Spread out on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes and check. Kale chips burn quickly. Toss them around and return to oven for 5 more minutes or until edges are brown.
