College Favorite Applesauce

5 Golden delicious apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup thick apple juice/cider
½ t cinnamon
½ t all spice
3 T maple syrup

Add all ingredients to large pot, cook on low-medium heat and mash apples as they cook.
