Ingredients:
- 1 lb. of semi-sweet chocolate
- 15 eggs
- Chambord or Grand Marnier liquor (optional)
Directions:
Melt the chocolate in a double broiler
Separate the eggs- yolks in one bowl, whites in another
Add the melted chocolate to the bowl with the egg yolks, stir
Whip the egg whites with a wire whisk till stiff
Fold the egg yolk and chocolate mixture in with the egg whites
Gently stir 1oz. of either Chambord or Grand Marnier liquor in the mousse
Pour into individual cups, refrigerate until ready to serve.
