4 oz. clarified butter
1/2 lb. shrimp -- shells ON
2 Tbl. Chimmichurri sauce
1 Tbl minced garlic
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Cilantro for garnish
1) Heat butter in skillet until quite hot but not smoking.
2) Add shrimp and quickly stir around, then add Chimmichurri, pepper flakes, and garlic. Toss in pan until shrimp are cooked.
3) Turn off heat and toss shaved lemon with shrimp.
4) Move to serving plate, then garnish with cilantro and lemon wedges.
5) Serve with bread for dipping in
