This weekend, there's a film premiere at the Egyptian Theater that you definitely want to check out! A movie shot right here in the Treasure Valley.
It's a new psychological thriller called THREE OF A KIND, starring Margot Kidder who played Lois Lane in the Super Man movies, and Larry Thomas - who starred as the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld.
You may just see some other familiar faces in the movie too. Many Idaho actors have roles! This movie was shot almost entirely here in our area. 120 people worked on the film, half of them from Idaho. Pretty neat!
The issue of domestic violence is certainly a theme in this movie. All of the proceeds from the showing tomorrow night at the Egyptian will go to the WCA.
I should mention, it' s an award winning film. It won BEST PICTURE and BEST DIRECTOR at the WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival. The producer and director of the movie, Gregory James Green lives right here in Boise. This is a great way to support local film.
There will be a Q and A session after the movie too.
The THREE OF A KIND Idaho Premiere starts at 7 p.m. Saturday night at the Egyptian Theater. Tickets are $15. All of that goes to the WCA.
