It's going to be cold this weekend, but you can still ride your bike inside for a good cause! The 6th Annual Saint Alphonsus Inside Ride is this Saturday at the Boise Town Square Mall. It's a great way to celebrate and raise money for heart health. It's not too late to get involved!
Get a team of four people together, and bring your bikes. The bikes will be mounted on stationary trainers. This is an event for all fitness levels, it's all about having fun. Of course, if you want to get competitive - you can do that too!
