This eleven year old kid is Idaho's highest ranked chess player!

His name is Luke Vellotti - and he's ready to challenge YOU all in an effort to help Haiti.

Come try your skills against Luke, AND make a difference!

Luke Vellotti, 11

Like many of us, when Luke saw the video of the Haiti quake damage, he was shocked and sad. He wanted to help! He's a well known chess champion (he's ranked #1 here in Idaho) and he came up with a great idea to use chess to help Haiti!

He got in touch with Smoky Mountain Pizza - and they teamed up to do a fundraiser. It's this Saturday, at the Smoky Mountain Pizza on Parkcenter. You can register to come play a game of chess against Luke. His plan is to play all the players at the same time! Should be pretty interesting...

Saturday, January 30th

4:30pm

Smoky Mountain Pizza

415 East Parkcenter Blvd

Boise

It costs $20 to register and all of the proceeds will be donated to the American Red Cross Haiti Relief Fund.

You can register for the event by logging onto www.SuccessInChess.com or by calling 713-2486.

There are prizes too!
