Boise Holiday Parade
The Boise Holiday Parade presented by Bronco Motors is Saturday! You can line up along the parade route, or watch all the action from the comfort of your home. You can line up at 9:45am at the start of the parade at the Morrison Center, or along Capitol, or 9th to see the parade in person.
If you go to the parade, you can donate canned food or a new unwrapped toy for KTVB's Season of Hope campaign. Members of our KTVB family will be walking the parade route to gather food and gifts from you.
Doug, Larry and I will broadcast the parade LIVE right here on Channel 7 from 10am to 11:30am. Grab some hot cocoa or coffee and tune in... Don't forget - Santa Claus will make an appearance at the very end of the Parade!
The Downtown Boise Tree Lighting
The annual Boise Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration will be held at the Boise Centre on the Grove Saturday, November 28th from 5pm-7pm. This event is presented by Zions Bank. While you're there, grab a warm bowl of gourmet soup and some bread at "Empty Bowls" - a fundraiser for the Idaho Foodbank. It takes place on the Grove Friday and Saturday.
