Have you heard about the Idaho Miss Amazing Pageant? It's coming up in February. It's such a great idea, I had to tell you about it. I'm also excited to announce that I'll be helping emcee the event!
The 2013 Idaho Miss Amazing Pageant is a celebration. The organizers believe that all people should be given the opportunity to shine! The Miss Amazing pageant and other Miss Amazing programs give girls and women with disabilities that chance. These contestants can build confidence and self esteem in a loving and accepting environment. The idea is also to build a community of acceptance and inclusion for people with special needs.
If you go to the event February 8th and 9th at Kuna High School, you can watch this dream come to life for 31 amazing girls, and young women! It's a great event for the whole family.
