It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
You are invited to the Capitol for the official tree lighting ceremony. It will take place tonight, November 21st (Monday) at 6 p.m. on the south steps of the Idaho State Capitol. Crews are already busy getting the tree lit and decorated, so it's ready for the big day.

Governor Otter and First Lady Lori Otter are hosting this special holiday event. There will be music, hot cider and cocoa, and cookies too! Every child at the tree lighting will take home a book from the First Lady. If you'd like to buy a special Capitol ornament for your tree, you can do that at the gift shop. It will be open for business!
