Alot of people get fired up for an event that happens today and local firefighters hope you are one of them.
Today is the 3rd annual Tip a Firefighter day at the Piper Pub and Grill in downtown Boise.
It's a big team effort by many to raise money for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
100% of the tips that are earned by Boise firefighters are donated to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
The Piper Pub & Grill serving staff volunteers its time to assist the firefighters.
A percentage of the days sales, along with 100% of the sales from kegs donated by the beer vendors, such as Widmer, New Belgium, & Payette Brewing all go to this cause.
So eat up, drink up and tip big for that firefighter!
