Here's an update on a future owner for Tamarack Resort.
At a morning news conference, the current owner John-Pierre Boespflug announced he and the board had chosen Eagle based company -- Green Valley Holdings as their choice to purchase the resort.
It's an Eagle, Idaho based company that has bid 40-million dollars cash.
Although Tamarack has selected Green Valley Holdings, there is the possibility there could be other buyers that could potentially out-bid them.
In the end,it will be up to a bankruptcy judge to decide the new owner for the financially strapped resort.
