Here's an update about Middleton race car driver Sierra Jackson.
She did it again, she won another big race.
This one was the 52nd annual Daffodil Cup in Victoria, British Columbia. Jackson won the race over the weekend.
Jackson scored enough points over the two-day Canadian-American Western Winged Sprintcars Series event to win.
She is the first woman to do so.
Jackson is now in a tie for first place in the inaugural Western Winged Sprintcars series championship with traveling partner and fellow Idahoan Johnny Giesler.
The series finale is on September 7th and 8th with a two-day show at the Meridian Speedway.
Jackson won the Daffodil Cup on her 20th birthday Saturday night. She is a junior at BSU.
Way to go Sierra!
