Is this picture real or not?
Some Oregon State graduates emailed me this picture last week when the snow piled up at the University of Oregon’s Autzen Stadium.
But really, could someone (an OSU Beaver) get into the stadium and craft such a message?
The answer: NO
One of our producers (an Oregon graduate), called the Oregon Athletic Department and they say it’s a hoax. Look close, there are no footprints on the field!
So the saying still stands: It never rains in Autzen Stadium. But when it snows, the Beavs do leave a message, even if it’s on the internet.
