Everyone is excited for the big Boise State/ Virginia Tech match up Labor Day weekend, even the Idaho Potato Commission.
It has whipped up this creation that it's calling a special “bipartisan” recipe: Roasted Artichoke and Virginia Ham Stuffed Idaho® Potato.
I haven't tried it yet, but the commission say the dish combines the two most popular and indigenous foods from Idaho and Virginia with artichokes, leeks and creamy Swiss cheese, making the perfect “fumble-free” finger food for fans.
Don't forget that big game is scheduled for Monday, September 6 and will air live on ESPN at 8 p.m. EDT.
