The Good News mojo continues today thanks to several viewers writing in their ideas.

So, let’s go with this one!

Chess players, really young ones (3yrs. To 17yrs. old)
are encouraging you to donate to the Idaho Foodbank.

These kids are heading to the 2013 SuperNationals Chess
Championship in Nashville, Tennessee. But, they don't just want to win trophies, they are looking to feed the hungry.

The 38 Kings and
Queens of the game are asking you to pledge to donate one can of food for every chess game that a team
member wins, for a maximum of 7 cans total.

The team will compete at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel from April
5th-7th.

To make your pledge, go to www.IdahoChessTeam.com to
select your player, then e-mail (pledge@idahochessteam.com) or call (208) 713-2486.

Good luck kids and thanks for helping out our community!
