He's coming back!
On October 24th, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Idaho will welcome "Bronco Coach for a Day" wish recipient Stephen and his family as guest speakers for this year's Serving Up Wishes.
When Stephen was four, he and his dad saw the Boise State football team on TV. Stephen was instantly drawn to the blue turf and has been a faithful fan ever since. In 2009, he was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
Courageously battling the disease, Stephen asked Make-A-Wish of Central & South Texas to grant him his wish of being an honorary coach for the Broncos. Last November, Stephen led the Broncos onto the field and was on the sidelines helping Coach Petersen during BSU's win over Hawaii.
Stephen and his family will return to Boise, reunite with their Bronco fans and his mother will be a guest speaker for this years Serving Up Wishes event at the Stueckle Sky Center at Boise State.
Mark Johnson and I will emcee the event again this year, which showcases BSU athletes as servers and entertainers.
There are only seven tickets left for this special evening.
Tickets are $175 each.
If you are interested in attending call (208)345-9474.
