I haven't blogged for awhile, but couldn't resist letting you know about something unique that I hope you can experience.

For the first time ever the National Anthem at The Humanitarian Bowl is going to be presented in American Sign Language.

Isn't that neat!

I hope you can get to the stadium early, because the performers have worked hard to make this a  special event for everyone.

Here are their names:
Ricky Clark - Senior at Rocky Mountain High School
Ramiro Rodriguez - Sophomore at RMHS
Michael Hyde - Sophomore at RMHS
Harley Goldmann - Freshman at RMHS
Andrea Dibben - 8th grader at Sawtooth Middle School
Yelena Solovey - 8th grader at SMS
Madeline Holiway - 8th grader at SMS
Janel Ronneburg - 7th grader at SMS
Julian Sanchez - 6th grader at SMS
Meseret Ricks - 6th grader at SMS
Joshua Ursenbach - 6th grader at SMS
Senait Ricks - 2nd grader at Ponderosa Elementary

The students are from all over the valley but attending the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program in Meridian.

Enjoy, Carolyn
