Camel's Back Duathlon
Long course consists of a 5k run, a 30k bike and a 5k run. Short course consists of a 2k run, a 15k bike and a 2k run. Youth course consists of a 1 mile run, a 5 mile bike and a 1 mile run.

Race starts and ends at Camel's Back park, located at 13th and Heron Streets in Boise’s north end. Long Course: 5K Run - 30K Bike - 5K Run
Short Course: 2K Run - 15K Bike - 2K Run
All races consist of 3 legs: Run-Bike-Run.
"Idaho State Veterans Home" "Zoo Day"
“AmeriCorps" "Veterans Serving Veterans" in the Treasure Valley, Are hosting a Day at the Boise Zoo for members of the Idaho State Veterans Home, on May 25th, 2013. This is a planned family event starting with the arrival of the Veterans at about 10 a.m. Volunteers are encouraged to interact with these Veterans and escort them through Zoo Boise.
A picnic lunch is planned from about noon until 2 p.m. Be part of a great celebration to honor all veterans and family members.
Children's Art Education: School’s Out Art Day
Children will use their imagination while working with various media and techniques, focusing on the experience rather than the end product. Children ages 6-12 will use a variety of media to create their own personal masterpieces. They will also learn interesting facts about animals, artists, cultures and more while fine-tuning their social, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Dress for fun and a mess!
