BOISE -- Week four of the college football polls were released today, and for the third straight week, the Boise State Broncos aren't in the top 25.

That's the bad news.

The good news is, they are still hanging around the top, and their competition is as well.

In the USA Today Coaches' Poll, Boise State's opponent this week -- Fresno State -- cracked the top 25 in the final spot. The Broncos received 5 votes.

In the Associated Press Top 25, both Fresno State and Boise State received votes, but neither landed in the top 25.

The Broncos beat Air Force 42-20 in a nationally televised game Friday night.

Meanwhile, the team Boise State lost to in the season opener continues to climb the polls. The Washington Huskies are ranked  17 in the AP poll and 20 in the coaches' poll.

Alabama and Oregon are consensus nos. 1 and 2, respectively, in both polls.
