BOISE -- The Broncos added a win over the Tulsa Golden Hurricanes Saturday night in their home opener at Bronco Stadium, but it wasn't enough to keep the team's place in one of the polls.
The team dropped down one spot in the USA Today Coaches Poll to 5th. The Broncos did keep their number 4 spot in the AP Poll, even earning one first place vote.
TCU, whom the Broncos will face in November, kept their spot at number 20. Oklahoma continued their dominance of the the top spot in the Coaches Poll, but dropped below LSU in the AP Poll.
The Bronco's next game will be against Nevada at Bronco Stadium. The game will be broadcast on Versus.
