BOISE-- The Boise State football team will get some rest over the next few months. The Broncos held their final practice of the spring on Monday morning. The practice was closed to the public and media.
Monday’s practice was the fifteenth and final of the spring. The Broncos held their annual Blue and Orange Spring Scrimmage on Saturday. Following the scrimmage, head coach Chris Petersen was asked why he preferred to schedule one more practice.
“What we like about it is, if you didn't notice, there was quite a few errors out there,” Petersen said. “So we get a chance to go back and kind of talk about those and really get those right before we're done with this.”
Players will hold “player run practices” throughout the summer. The team will start fall practices on August 5.
