BOISE -- The Boise State football team will wear all-black uniforms for the first-time ever when they match up against UNLV next Saturday at Bronco Stadium.

The university released pictures of the new uniforms during the Boise State - Fresno State game.

The special uniforms were designed by Nike and Boise State, and includes black jerseys, pants, helmets, socks and shoes.  The single Bronco head combat logo is featured on one side of the helmet with the player’s jersey number on the other. The uniform will have blue and orange highlights with the numbers a combination of blue and white.  A chrome look highlights the shoes.

Fans are encouraged to wear black as well, to create a "black-out" effect at Bronco Stadium.

Several styles of t-shirts, hooded sweatshirts, hats, and jerseys are available for fans at the Bronco Store.
