ONTARIO, Canda -- Boise State defensive tackle Michael Atkinson was selected in the third round with the 20th overall pick in the Canadian Football League Draft on Thursday.
Atkinson - a senior-to-be for the Broncos - was selected by the Hamilton Tigers-Cats, who secure his CFL draft rights when he is through with college.
The Windor, Ontario-native appeared in all 13 games last season for Boise State, registering six starts and 31 total tackles in the process.
