ELMORE COUNTY - A man was killed Friday morning when his truck rolled into a ravine, the Elmore County Sheriff's Office said.

Deputies responded to the crash at around 9:14 a.m. at milepost 166.5 on Highway 20.

Officials said the 53-year-old driver - whose name is being withheld pending notification of relatives - was eastbound northeast of Mountain Home when his 2004 Chevrolet drifted across the westbound lane and left the highway.

The truck went into the sagebrush, rolled and landed in a ravine.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
