BOISE - One person was transported to a local hospital after a car crashed into another car, sending it through the window of a business on State Street Friday afternoon.

Law enforcement officials said a car veered off State Street, hit a car parked at the Capital Lumber and True Value store at 3105 W. State, then crashed into a pole in the parking lot.

The car crashed into the pole head on, and the driver was transported to the hospital.

The parked car, which was unoccupied, was sent through a window at the store.

There weren't any customers inside, but there were people working there at the time. No employees were hurt.
