MERIDIAN -- Police say they have nabbed the man caught on camera prowling around several homes in Meridian last month.

Twenty-one-year-old Christian Carpenter was arrested on failure to appear warrants Saturday evening in the 1000 block of South Progress Avenue. Meridian Police had been investigating Carpenter as a suspect in the prowler incidents, and had received several tips from people who identified him as the culprit.
