Fresh veggies, lean protein, and a lemon dressing is a great salad to get back on track after your Thanksgiving feast. This salad has tons of flavor, and leaves you feeling refreshed, without regret!

Ingredients for salad:
Leftover turkey breast
Yellow bell peppers
Purple cabbage
Pomegranate seeds
Matchstick cut carrots
Red onion
Organic spring mix

Ingredients for dressing:
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup of extra light olive oil
1 tsp of crushed garlic
salt and pepper (if you would like!)


Place organic spring mix in bowl(s), top with the remaining ingredients! Make as many salads as you want. These last 4 days in the fridge!
