3 C. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes (peel, cut into medium-size pieces, boil until soft, drain well, beat until smooth).
1 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Softened Butter
1/3 C. Milk
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Beat all above ingredients together until well blended. Transfer to a lightly greased baking dish (approximately 8x8). Combine topping ingredients (below) and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until set and topping is golden brown.
