Brown Shuga corned beef hash

Cooked corn beef

1 Med. Onion

2 Tbs oil

Pepper

2 medium diced Potato

Heat oil in skillet, dice corned beef, add to skillet cook until heated through. Add potatoes and onions, cook not stirring until it crust over. Turn over and continue to heat until crispy. Pepper to taste. Top with a fried or poached egg if wanted.
